WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SEND YOU WHEN I’M ORDERING?
When contacting us for a screen printing quote we need to know a few key things:
What you want us to print on (t shirts, tote bags, card, etc.)
How many you’d like
Which sizes you need (if it’s clothing) or the size you’d like your prints
Which colours you’d like (both of the things we’re printing on, and colour(s) of the print)
How many colours your design is
A copy of your finished design
A mock up of what you’d like the finished product to look like (not essential, but it can be helpful).
Your deadline. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days from receipt of payment but we can offer fast turnaround if you will need your order sooner.
Garment Size Breakdown Example for 50 items:
S - 10
M - 15
L - 15
XL - 10
etc
If you ordering more than one garment style don't forget to let us know which breakdown is for which by giving it a title.
HOW MANY COLOURS IS MY DESIGN?
We ask how many colours because each will be a layer of ink, the background doesn’t count. For example: A black picture on a white background is a one colour print.
NEED THESE T SHIRTS PRINTED ASAP, CAN YOU DO IT!?
If you have a specific deadline, near or far, just let us know and if we can sort it out, we will.
WHAT SORT OF FORMAT DO YOU NEED THE ARTWORK IN?
We can work with almost any file type, but we need your image to be at least 300dpi and as close to the size you’d like the print as possible.
Every piece of artwork is different, so feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
We can help you to make amendments and get your artwork ready for print but it may incur charges. Sorry.
HOW LARGE CAN YOU PRINT?
Currently our maximum print size is A3, but this will be increasing very soon.
DO YOU HAVE MAXIMUM OR MINIMUM ORDER SIZES?
Currently we have a minimum run size of 20 for most items with a single one colour one colour print, or 30 for anything with multiple print colours or print positions.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Unfortunately we can’t offer samples due to the cost of setting up a screen.
However, if you’d like an idea of our print quality then head over to our shop and grab yourself something to inspect at a bargain price!
HOW CAN I PAY YOU?
We accept payments primarily through bank transfer but we can accept Paypal also. If you need to sort something else out, get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.
